The Student Satisfaction Survey is our chance to hear honest feedback from the students we serve.

Feedback from the 2022–23 Student Satisfaction Survey will provide testimonial affirmation of your department's strengths and help point to opportunities for enhancement. The more students who complete the survey, the more valuable the data it yields will be.

You can help raise awareness of the survey and have a direct effect on boosting response rates. Download the graphics on this page to use in your listserv or newsletter, Zoom backgrounds, email signature blocks and more. We’ve also created template content for emails, newsletter blurbs and social media captions.

Dates to keep in mind when promoting the survey:

• The survey runs from April 10 to May 5, 2023. Promotion may begin April 10.
• April 17: The first reminder email will be sent to all students who haven’t yet completed the survey.
• April 24: The second reminder email will go out to students who haven’t yet completed the survey.
• May 3: The third reminder email will go out to students who haven’t yet completed the survey.
• May 5: The survey will close at 11:59 p.m.
